The Apple ID on my App Store isn’t the same as the one on my iPhone in my settings and I don’t know how to fix it even when I sign in it’ll say my password or ID is wrong but the only thing that’s wrong is my Apple ID it’s not the same username and that’s what the problem is and it’s not giving me the option to fix it and sign into the right Apple ID on the App Store

On my iPhone in Settings I am logged in as user X. In App Store was also logged in with user X. I tapped the icon top right of AppStore, scrolled right down to the bottom and signed out. I then went back to the top of AppStore and successfully signed in with user Y.

Did you try to restore it to factory settings and set it up again manually, without using the latest backup?
