Why I can not to buy AppleCare 3 days after I bought the watch’s?
I tried many times to buy a AppleCare for all my watch’s and I cannot to do.

you're suppose to have a 60days windows if apple care+ is offered in your country
if it was me then I would try
Buy an AppleCare plan - Apple Support
and or reach out to apple
Contact - Official Apple Support
