Greetings yeraldina,

With this messaging showing when not connected to a computer, you may find restarting as a beneficial steps for reaching a solution. While restarting is simple, it's a crucial step in resolving many issues. You can find the steps for restarting your iPhone listed below, and outlined in the following article.

  1. "Press and hold either volume button and the side button until the power-off slider appears.
  2. Drag the slider, then wait 30 seconds for your device to turn off. If your device is frozen or unresponsive, force restart your device.
  3. To turn your device back on, press and hold the side button (on the right side of your iPhone) until you see the Apple logo."

Restart your iPhone

Hello yeraldina,

Do you typically use a computer to backup the iPhone? If you do, we would suggest you connect it to the computer and complete a new backup. This may resolve the issue.

If needed, you can find the steps for using a computer to backup your iPhone here: How to back up your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch with iTunes on your PC - Apple Support
