Dropbox Folder not working

Dropbox folder is viewable in files app but when selecting shows no folders or files

Cannot download folder while using iCloud Drive in a browser. I cannot download folders while using iCloud Drive in a browser. When I select a folder the download button is greyed out. If I navigate inside a folder with files inside I can select one or more files and the download button will turn blue and allow me to download them. The problem is that I have many folders and folders within folders of organized files. It is going to be extremely impractical to navigate to each folder and batch select all the files within and download them to a PC. Is this a bug with the website or can I really not download folders?

folders greyed out I am downloading some software in Ventura. When I click the downloads the files appear but they are greyed out and won’t open. My WiFi is fine. Is this an ICloud issue?

Are you signed into the app? Are you connected to the internet? Do you see files when you look at the same folder online?

Make sure you are signed in with the same email to access your Dropbox data, and connected to internet.
