Are there any more macOS update for my Mid 2014 MacBook Pro?

This is my MAC - Is it at the end of it's life - ie no more updates / upgrades?

A 2014 MBP will receive no further macOS upgrades but it may still receive security updates if needed until it is no longer supported. That would happen whenever the version of macOS that follows Ventura is released.

It is still useful.

Thanks for that. Apparently, my Mac needs Ventura to sort out a problem using Sky Go. Is there any way I can upgrade to Ventura?

You're welcome. No, sorry. It doesn't have the hardware to support Ventura. It can't support Metal 3 for example.
