Cheers, it would have been streamed. I had a similar problem with Spotify a while back and they allowed me request a file with all of the data they held on me, and I could see the tracks that i played on that. Do you think apple might do the same? or how to request it from Apple music
If you added it to your library you can use the Songs view and sort on the Played column. Otherwise I think you are out of luck.
