I keep getting the Lightening accessory alert when I charge my Iphone 13...but it has never been wet

My phone has never been wet. Why am I getting the liquid notice and what do I do?

My phone is showing message that liquid is detected in the lightening connector port but I am quite sure My phone didn’t fell into water. This has been happening since wednesday evening. I have kept the phone off to dry and also cleaned the port. Since last wednesday my phone is showing message that liquid is detected in the lightening connector and is not charging. Liquid detection alert on iPhone I was given the notification that "Liquid has been detected in the lightning connector. Disconnect to allow connector to dry." Does this mean there is water in my phone or that specific charger I was using has water in it somehow? I connected my phone to another charger and it works perfectly fine. [Re-Titled by Moderator]

I did..then turned it off and rebooted. worked for now
