unknown device on my LAN

I seem to have a device on my LAN (according to Rogers Ignite Wifi) called an Apple iPhone 13 Mini with a mac of 36-15-1d-38-2f-fe. I don't own nor have I given access to that device. I don't think it is what it says it is. Can anyone help me understand this issue?

SoftPerfect's Network Scanner doesn't see it but the direct browser access utility to the hub and the WiFi app both show it.

The mystery device is your actual phone, pretending to be an iPhone 13 mini.
