Unknown Payment

There's has been an unknown transaction made titled "apple.com/bill, itunes.com" from my account. There have been no transactions I made and no payments of such amount showing in the transaction history tab. What could possibly be the cause of this transaction and can I get a refund?

It asks me to choose the thing I want to refund. Problem is, there is no thing of such amount in my transaction history. I can't choose what I want to refund since it's not there. The transaction happened without my knowledge and already went through. The only place where the transaction is shown is my bank account with the transaction titled "apple.com/bill, itunes.com" without any further information.

If you see an unexpected charge: 

You can request a refund* for a purchase that you don't recognize, but you must pay for the purchase first. You can also cancel a subscription if you don't want to continue it.

*You must request the refund within the refund period.

OK, looks like scam / phishing.

So you have not received an invoice from Apple.

Was the money deducted by a stranger?

Contact your bank, they can find out who (name, address & account number) has collected the amount from your bank account, and when.

Depending on your bank, they can collect the amount back within 30 days.

Ask also your bank to block your card, and ask a new card.

Also report to the police.
