Restore safari app to iphone

I have an iPhone XS version iOS 16.1.2 and am having trouble downloading the Safari app that I deleted. Thanks.

It is not possible to delete the Safari app, so it must still be on your phone. Go to the App Library (the last page of the Home screen), find it using the Search, and drag it back to the Home screen.

Did you turn it off with restrictions? That is the only way to make it disappear. And I mean the only.
