reboot loop

hi , i have tried all the methods and even after updating the iOS using itunes, as soon as the update or restore is done, the phone seems to be restarting but only to revert to the reboot loop as if nothing happened. The apple logo appears for 5 seconds then off for 2 seconds, the whole day on a loop. Please help!!!
