How do i rearrange icons in Safari favorites

Open the Safari app on your iPad, tap the side bar icon at the top left of the screen, tap Bookmarks, tap Favorites, tap Edit at the bottom right of the sidebar, touch the 3 horizontal lines icon at the right of any item and slide it up or down, tap Done when finished.
