How do I update contacts to new SIM after switching from eSIM? I have gotten a physical sim and switched over from my e sim but all my contacts are still wanting to use my e sim that no longer exists. Can I update them all at the same time to just use the new sim? [Re-Titled by Moderator]

No. No data is stored on the SIM card.
