Fitness ring greyed out on my iPhone

Since yesterday, the ring in Fitness app greyed out didn't track my movement anymore. I have tried restarting the phone, deleting and reinstalling the Fitness app. And updated to latest IOS this morning, IOS 16.1.2. And in setting, Motion Calibration & Distance option is On.

I am using iPhone SE2020, and don't have iWatch.

My wife bought iWatch 3 days ago and she is paring with her own Apple ID, but we are sharing the iTune accound if it matters.
