No Apple Music replay with Used Listening History on

My apple music still says I haven't listened to enough music. This has been a consistent issue going back many years ever since I got Apple Music. I listen to music on Apple Music constantly everyday, and I have "used listening history" turned on, (again for many many years)

The new Apple Music replay thing for this year is also suppose to have a progress bar, which https://music.apple.com/us/replay doesn't show. It just says "Once you listen to music it will show up on replay" despite the fact that I constantly listen to music with Apple Music.
