Apple Music For Artists - Cant Log In

I recently downloaded Apple Music for artists in an attempt to claim my artist profile. I ended up claiming it on the website instead, but I am unable to log into the app. It shows me the “Apple ID” and “Password” screen, but I can’t click on anything. How can I log in?
