How to remove the auto debit payment

It is possible to change a card, but you cannot remove it.

You need to have a payment method on file, even if the app you want to download is free.

You can change your payment methode, see -> Payment methods you can use with your Apple ID

You can downgrade iCloud+, see this Apple article: Downgrade or cancel your iCloud+ plan
