I tried restarting the devices, it doesnt work, ..and Im in an office I can't switch my wifi off.

Where can I find a reference to what this error means? Apple just dump an error code at you and it seems to be up to the internet to explain what it is.

I'm developing an app, that should run on an iOS mobile device. I'm building the Apple Sign In functionality for the app, it doesn't make sense to have to call Apple to explain these arbitrary errors that pop up during development. They should provide documentation somewhere.

"Should" and "does" can sometimes diverge.

I can locate only a handful of previous -7003 discussions ("The operation couldn't be completed"), one of which you've found, and none of the rest particularly describe the error.

When you do get an answer from Apple Developer Support, post it back here for the next of us that might meet -7003.
