Actually turning off voice control

I've dissabled voice control in my settings and disabled every single command too and made them all require confirmation on top of it, and they all still work and voice control keeps randomly calling people. How do i turn off voice control if the setting is just for aesthetics liek that?

Hi allliboaba,

Thanks for posting in Apple Support Communities.

We understand that your phone is randomly calling people with Voice Control even after you have disabled the feature. With Voice Control, iPhone hears a command and follows it. Do you have Hey Siri enabled in Settings > Siri & Search? If so, you may want to disable this as well.

Also, make sure you have restarted iPhone to restart any running processes and update to iOS 16.1.2 for the latest performance fixes.

Regards.
