i dont find the option deleate app

Not all apps can be completely deleted from your iPhone. Most of the stock Apple developed apps cannot be permanently deleted. All third party apps can be deleted. Which app are you referring to?
You may have Screen Time Restrictions set to ON.
Open Settings ➔ Screen Time ➔ Content & Privacy Restrictions ➔ iTunes & App Store Purchases ➔ Deleting Apps : Set this to ALLOW
