When trying to see my Replay 2022, it says "Once you listen to music, you'll be eligible for Replay". I know that I have listened to enough music, and I have both my Sync and Use Listening History turned on. I've tried accessing it on my phone an Macbook but with no success. Any suggestions?
same issue I have a family plan, one of the devices on the plan is able to get a list of tracks. But my account is not, it's saying once you listen to music you'll be able to replay.
does apple have a solution???
Same issues as you've all mentioned. I did realize that I hadn't set up a profile after signing up for a family plan. Maybe that's why I keep getting the message, even though I've been listening to enough music over the last couple of years.
I have the same issue, it started when my wife and I switched to a family plan. I wonder if this is causing an issue.

yeah me too, maybe it’s using the data of the owner of the family plan? because i know my mom barely opens the app.
Maybe for the case for those on the family plan, but people who don’t have family plans are having this issue too
