Can't delete message from web iCloud Mail

This exact same issue is happening to me. The email is blank, doen't show on my Iphone, but it is stuck in my Chrome browser version of Icloud.com mail. I use a Windows PC. It will not delete and I've cleared cache an cookies.

I also have this exact same problem - one email from August 2022 just reappeared in my inbox - it is blank as well. I cannot delete it or move it anywhere. It doesn't appear on my iPhone just my iCloud desktop and it appears on both Chrome and Safari.

Same exact issue. The email is blank and cannot be moved anywhere (junk, inbox, folder, trash). An error pops up saying unable to do so. This email does not show up in my email inbox on my iPhone. Only on my computer browser at icloud.com.

I've had this same problem since around the same time as you made this post. The email is from 23/10/2022. I spoke to Apple Support and they had no idea. Tried to get me to delete and reinstall the app after I told them I'd already tried that several times. The message only appears in my web browser iCloud Mail. I use Firefox. Also tried several browsers and the same thing happens. I use Mail on my MacBook Pro and iPhone and it doesn't appear in my inboxes there. Really irritating as I also like to keep a clean inbox.

Anybody found a solution? Are Apple on the case? It must be a bug.

I spoke with Apple for quite some time and helped them diagnose it. The stuck emails should be taken care of now.

I would try deleting it. If you still have it then I would contact them.

I have the same issue. Just one message from last November. Obviously, not resolved yet.
