iwatch workout app crashes after 9.1 update

After installing the watchOS 9.1 update the Workout app freezes and crashes. I have restarted the App and the watch but no luck. Please help

Apple Watch Series 6 crashing on Nike Run Club App Hi, I use Nike Run Club to track my runs. Lately I have been experiencing the app crashing on my s6 Apple Watch. I start a run and then the app goes back to menu page and when I try starting again the start button doesn’t work. However if I restart the watch it will reopen app to where I left off and it counted time lapsed in my run time without pausing. Happens very frequently throughout run and watch becomes unusable. Watch on watchOS 8.7 (newest at the time of this posting)

workout app keeps pausing during workout After the latest update to watchOS 9.3 the workout app keeps pausing the workout. Also, the watch keeps locking the screen, requiring you to use the passcode - which is really annoying, because when you work out, you want to be able to check your time, split, distance etc in a flash, not having to punch in the code. I am not sure, but I thing maybe the two things are related. I think the workout pauses when the watch/screen locks. Anyone?

With these type of bugs and if it was my watch

I would unpair the watch from the phone, restart the phone then pair the watch back setting it up as new.
