You can make an appointment:
- Online:--> Genius Bar Reservation and Apple Support Options - Apple;
- Contacting a local Apple Store among this list:--> https://locate.apple.com/choose-country-region
- Using the "Apple Store" app, available and downloadable from AppStore.
