Apple Request and refund

Actually On the 26th, I had purchased an app by mistake and twelve thousand nine hundred rupees was deducted from my account. We have sent request on apple request and refund, when i check the status of apple request and refund, they said your purchase has been refunded but i dont receive any amount yet, I want to know when I will get the money.
