How can i create an Apple ID on my I phone
I have an Apple ID but i cant log in on my iphone because of the message “ could not create”. How can i log in my Apple ID?

If as you claim, you already have an Apple ID, you will not see that message. You only see that message if you are trying to create a new ID and you enter issues as outlined in this document: If you see a Could Not Create Apple ID or Could Not Set Up iCloud message - Apple Support
Try using a different device or contact Apple Support.
Contact Apple. Click here --> Choose your country or region - Official Apple Support Select your country, then a product. If you don't see one that handles your issue then keep experimenting with selections until you reach one that gets you a chat session or a telephone call and get the representative to redirect you.
