Contact Apple with the purchase receipt showing the serial number or IMEI for the Watch from the original purchase, or some similar receipt. Otherwise, you will need to regain that access to that Apple ID, or recycle the Watch. Activation Lock is intended as a theft deterrent, and is intentionally not easy to bypass. We can’t help, and—absent sufficient proof of ownership—Apple won’t help.
