Apple apps for streaming

My apple streaming device doesn’t have many apps. How do I add apps like Hulu and Disney?

they also are not on my older Samsung tv.

if it's the newer appletv hd(4g) or newer then read Download apps on your Apple TV - Apple Support

if it's an older model then you can't
