Scandisk secure not working on macOS Ventura

It's been discontinued by Western Digital they recommend PrivateAccess which is the newer software.

Even with PrivateAccess you need to have the latest version 6.3.12 or later to be compatible with macOS Ventura.

*NOTE: PrivateAccess 6.3.10 (and earlier) for macOS is not compatible with macOS 13 Ventura. Please download the latest installer for PrivateAccess 6.3.12 (or later) and manually install the update to ensure proper operating system compatibility. Please see PrivateAccess Compatibility with macOS 13 Ventura for details.
