Hello, i want to ask if the MacBook Pro 14” 2021 can have a M1 Max chip and how much is the cost because I don’t see it in the website??

On the tech specification link after entering the serial number it shows as 16 inches with an M1 pro chip, so I consulted with tech support. The guided mac book pro only comes with an m1 pro chip this is by default and if I have asked for an m1 max chip then this is only customizable but by default, we do not get such configurations, would you please clarify if this is true? I purchased this machine a day ago, which is concerning to me as the apple store has charged me for an M1 max chip. Appreciate your support. I have attached an image below of the tech specs it shows with the serial number. Thanks

Go to the following website: Buy 14-inch MacBook Pro - Apple

Then click "Select" button below either of the two models. The next page will allow you to customize it to the M1 Max chip and will give you the price.
