Dolby Atmos does not work with third party apps on the latest Apple Tv

On the new apple tv (apple tv 4k 3rd generation), I cannot run Dolby Atmos on any third party app (Disney+, Netflix, Amazon Prime). However, I can see and run Dolby Atmos with the native apple tv+ app. For verification, I can run everything in Dolby Atmos through my xbox.

And yes, I can see Dolby Atmos enabled in Audio Settings. I bought Apple Tv for Dolby Atmos and it only works on apple tv app and nothing else, which is horrible in my opinion.

What is a fix here?

Is anyone else facing this issue?

If you are unable to use Dolby Atmos with third-party steaming apps, you'll want to confirm that the app supports Dolby Atmos on tvOS . You'll also want to confirm that the content you are watching support that audio format.
