I have an activation lock on my ipad and can't remember the Apple ID and Password used to set this ipad up so i can't use it. How do I find out what ID and password that was used to set it up?

Check your web browser autofill entries, the Keychain, and other records, or use Apple's iForgot service, or contact their Account Security team, or if you're the unit's original owner, click here and submit an unlock request.

The Activation Lock Screen should be giving you a hint as to what email address / Apple ID its expecting. For example: x●●●●●@server.com
The password will be something you set for it, so only you would know it.
