Good spyware prevention apps for iPhone iOS 16.1.1

I’m fairly positive someone or something is spying on my device. Any suggestions on what I can do?

It is highly unlikely that spyware was installed on your phone, as it requires physical possession of the phone while it is unlocked. However, if you have any doubts restore your phone to factory settings and do not restore a backup→Restore your iOS device to factory settings - Apple Support. Also, change your Apple ID password→Change your Apple ID password - Apple Support. Doing these two things will guarantee that there is no spyware on your phone.

Yeah I’m not that great with technology, I wouldn’t even know where to begin trying to jailbreak my phone. I just bought an iPhone 12 about a month ago brand new and I’m currently dealing with my ex gf, well now the mother of my daughter and I think she’s either put some kind of software in my phone to monitor who all I talk to and where I go in hopes of catching me doing something where they will deem me unfit as a parent.
