I was downloading music through the iTunes Store and midway through, I received this message: There was a problem downloading [name of song]. An unknown error occurred (100028). I am running Ventura 13.0.1 on an iMac Retina, 27-inch, 2019. Thanks in advance for any help!

I should have been clearer in my original post. Let me try again. I have several songs that show this error now. Nineteen in total. I have tried the above suggestion to no avail. Any other thoughts about what could solve this issue?
Close Music. Delete the folder Downloads-Music, if it exists, from inside your media folder, empty it from the trash too, then try downloading that item again.
