Adjusting volume on my AirPod pro 2’s doesn’t work

It looks like you were referencing the perfect article with Pause, skip, and adjust volume with your AirPods and AirPods Pro as it goes over all the ways you can change the volume on AirPods Pro (2nd generation). Which isn’t working for you? 

Siri? 

To turn the volume up or down, say "Hey Siri," then say something like "Turn up the volume" or "Turn down the volume." 

The stem? 

To turn the volume up or down, place your thumb on the stem of either AirPod, and use your index finger to swipe up or down on the Touch control.

A couple more questions that can help target an isolate the situation - 

• Are you able to control the volume from your paired device?
• Do you notice this to be an issue in all apps?
