heartfrequency not consistently measured while workout.

Hi! My Apple Watch 8 is not consistently measuring the heart frequency while working out (walking / fitness).

sometimes it works for a couple of minutes and then 5-6 minutes longer nothing gets measured.

Sometimes it helps to restart the watch oder kill the apps and restart.

Ist this an issue with the os (newest) or is the watch not working ?
