airpods 2 case no sound to confirm charging
Airpods 2 case does not make sound to confirm charging. Enable charging case sounds is on and I have toggled. Have reset airpods, still no sound.

You've done great steps in narrowing down what's going by checking the settings and resetting your AirPods. With this issue ongoing even after, we'd recommend that you contact Apple Support in order for them to investigate this further with you in the event service is needed.
