How can I turn off the Shortcuts Banner Notification

Recently, I updated to IOS 16.1.1. Why is the banner notification always on when I use the shortcut? It pops a confirmation EVERY SINGLE TIME I use any of my shortcuts. There was a way to turn this off in IOS 15, and there is no option available anymore. There is no information on the user guide on apple.com, in settings, in app, in screen time, or notifications. This is the most frustrating pop up. I feel like I was loving shortcuts and now it’s like a consistent annoyance when I open basically anything on my phone. There must be a way to turn off this notification. I have researched this on all the platforms I have access to. Please help.

Warmly,
