My Apple Watch shows afib as not available, however I have seen notices in the past and have been diagnosed.

mot was the notice that prompted me to see a doctor.

Has a recent update removed that feature from my watch??

You must wear your Apple Watch at least 12 hours a day for 5 days a week to consistently receive estimates. For more info, see the 'Here's what you need' section in:
