When locking the device the small lock in the Dynamic Island just apears with no animation, after a few times locking and unlocking the device it takes longer to appear and still no animation.

Just to confirm, do other animations on the Dynamic Island work as expected? The reason we ask is, the lock animation can move quickly and go away quickly. Once the phone unlocks, the animation no longer shows. If the phone were to complete the unlock before you expect it, the animation may be missed.
