refund

hi everyone, i asked for a refund twice for an annual facetune subscription and i got denied both times. is there anything i can do? i tried sending emails to everyone and lightricks (the app developer) told me that only apple can refund me since the payment was through the app store. I’m really desperate because i can’t afford a subscription this expensive, i’m just a student. I put a reminder and my Iphone didn’t notify me. What can i do?? is calling the apple support number useful? Thank you in advance
