cant deactivate old user apple id on my new device

Hi! my friend send me present from Russia. its iphoneX. Now i cant use it after erase it. Old user forget apple id and password of id. Forget answers on secret quastions. How i can deactivate this iphone and use it? I have document and factory box of this devise. Help me please.
