Websites won't load

My Mac Book Pro will load certain sites but not others. This problem has just recently started and there have not been any changes to our network. Is this an issue with settings? The sites load just fine on other computers in the office.

Safari has been a buggy mess since updating my M1 MBA to Ventura. Also happening on my iPhone 14 Pro running iOS 16.0.2.

Pages frequently won't load, the loading bar in the address bar will just stop at a random point.
Some pages will be blank
Repeated refreshes do nothing
Clearing website data doesn't fix it
Using a private window doesn't fix it
Web pages are random, no specific websites affected, it's a lottery
Safari on the Monterey iMac and Catalina MBP are fine, on the same network, no issues.
On the iPhone some emails won't load in Mail. I can see the preview couple of lines but when I tap to open the message there is no content.

Firefox on the other hand works absolutely fine on the same M1 Mac on the same network.
