I have gone through all above steps and watch face still keeps coming back to red exclamation

How do I restore/repair/get my Apple Watch to work again? I have tried every trouble shooting way! Do I need to take my Watch somewhere?

Apple Watch Series 3, watchOS 8

Then you'll need to what the last step in that article tells you to do, which is contact Apple Support. It will likely require you to either send your watch in for service, or visit your closest Apple Store Genius Bar if you have one near you.
