iMessage and Facetime activation error

So I was trying to text with my friends and all of a sudden the notification says that I am signed out of iMessage for no reason. When I try to reactivate iMessage, it failed. I tried reactivating, restarting network, restarting my phone but nothing worked. Even if I did not activate my iMessage/Facetime, it still works but it needs full activation required. I needed to reactivate my iMessage and FaceTime. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

iOS running on 15.7.1

I am using iPhone 12 mini

To activate iMessage and FaceTime using your Phone number

First, check to know whether you have an SMS plan enabled at least for One SMS*** with your carrier. Contact your Carrier (Cellular Service Provider) the agency that issued the SIM to you

If your iPhone is used with a carrier not found in the wireless carrier articles, make sure you can send and receive international SMS. (One SMS*** Only)

If you can't turn on or sign in to iMessage or FaceTime - Apple ...

*** You may not have an SMS plan enabled by your carrier for the SIM that you use on your device. Apple Inc does not provide SMS services.
