Does Apple One include Apple TV access?

if I have a Apple one, why would I have to subscribe to Apple TV?

Apple One Subscription and being asked to subscribe to Apple TV+ I am subscribed to Apple One. I watched an episode of Little America on my AppleTV, watched YouTube, and then tried to watch the next episode of Little America and I’m being asked to subscribe to Apple TV+. I restarted my AppleTV but still get asked to subscribe to Apple TV+. Any help would be appreciated

Bundle Apple subscriptions with Apple One - Apple Support

There are three levels of Apple One all of which include the Apple TV+ subscription.
