System Preferences lost after upgrade

I just upgraded to Ventura 13.0.1 and I have lost system preferences. I have looked in Applications and searched on Spotlight and it seems to be gone. In its place is System Settings which looks exactly like the systems app on my iPhone. Where would i find System Preferences?

Ventura replaced System Preferences with System Settings. The functionality that was in System Preferences in previous versions is now in System Settings.

I am making significant use of the Search box at the top of the sidebar in System Settings in order to find things there.

Also, Preferences in individual apps in Ventura is now named Settings.
