Refund

Why I can’t ask for refund ? It shows there is no receipt . I already have the receipt on my email

Refund did not reflect to my account Can app store send an email that shows that they have refunded? my bank will not put the money in my account until they see an email from apple showing that i got the refund. The problem is they never send a receipt after a refund nut they will send one after a purchase.

If you have received an invoice from Apple, it will be stated on the invoice for what you have to pay.

Tap on Report a problem on the invoice.
