FireStick 4K - “Verification Failed” message

first, my FireStick 4K is new and up to date.


Yes, I updated many times. Restarted, rebooted, reset to factory, updated, etc etc etc.


Deleted the Apple TV app, reloaded it.


No success, all I can find is posts from 2020, nothing with current issues?


looking for some assistances please 🙏
