That depends on multiple variables. Such as how hold the watch is and if the battery is aging. What you're doing on the watch during the day, such as making a lot of phone calls or streaming music for long periods of time.
You're welcome. The only Apple Watch, you wouldn't need to charge as often, would be the brand new Apple Watch Ultra, which has a 3 day battery. But it comes with a $799 price (but has some really cool features, included in that price tag).
If you're wearing it all night to track your sleep and tracking activity, yes, it would not be unusual to have to charge it more often. The battery in an Apple Watch SE is pretty small.
I've had the watch for 11 days. I use it to track sleep and activity. No phone calls, no streaming music.
